Eligible Defective Products may be exchanged for the same model only within 30 days from receipt date. Replacements are shipped within 3-10 business days, if in stock. Please note certain items are Factory Service Only and cannot be returned to Overtureav.com per the manufacturer. Please consult the product packaging or call us at 1-800-838-1812 for more information. Please note we are authorized dealers for everything we sell which means all of our products carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.
